Today’s teens are the most documented and online generation in history. With constant access to curated photos, highlight reels, and endless information, many young people feel pressure to present a perfect version of themselves. It can seem like you have to look a certain way or have everything figured out in order to matter.

When that pressure builds, some teens get caught in an exhausting cycle of trying to keep up. Others pull back because they feel like they will never measure up. Without realizing it, we can even place that same idea on God and imagine that He only loves us if we are perfect.

This raises an important question.

Is the Christian life Even worth it?

In the Kingdom of God, the expectation is not perfection but belonging. Jesus claims us and calls us because we are loved, not because we are flawless.

In Him, we discover our purpose and the mission He gives each of us, and the Holy Spirit gives us what we need to live that out.

Following Jesus means working with Him to bring hope and new life to others. It helps the world see the joy and happiness that come from knowing the Father.

This is the life we are invited into, and it is worth choosing.
