The Marketplace Lead oversees the planning, set-up, operation, and closing of the Steubenville Atlantic Marketplace (Bookstore). This role ensures that merchandise, vendor products, and conference materials are organized, accessible, and handled with accuracy and hospitality. The Marketplace Lead coordinates volunteers, manages inventory and POS systems, and ensures that all sales processes align with Archdiocesan procedures. 

As part of our goals associated with the Archdiocese of Halifax-Yarmouth’s new Pastoral Plan: A Firm Foundation, we are building a Youth Ministry Resource Library filled with Program Ideas, Admin Supports like Registration Forms, Field Trip Forms, Sign in Sheets, and more! This should be ready to go by January 1 at the absolute latest and will be hosted on a platform called Basecamp. Each of you will be able to create an account to log in with and access all of the resources - and our group chat! (Resource Library will be available for anyone with or without an account, group chat will be restricted to those with accounts. We are happy to offer unlimited accounts per Parish - to be set up by our office.
